Order cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. An order may not be cancellable once it has been packed, dispatched or otherwise processed for shipment.

Returns and damaged products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the ordered product, contact us promptly with the order details and supporting photographs. We will review the case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider, subject to the provider’s processing timelines.
